Heavy ESD Caster Wheel with Rear Hole 550 - Double Stop, Load Capacity 80 kg
This ESD caster wheel from the 550 series combines high functionality with robustness and is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The heavy pressed steel housing is galvanized and features a double ball bearing in the swivel head as well as an efficient double stop/brake. The wheel is equipped with a polypropylene wheel body and an electrically conductive rubber tread, which allows for a load capacity of 80 kg. The wheel diameter is 100 mm and the wheel width is 32 mm, while the rear hole has a dimension of 12.2 mm. The offset measures 34 mm. The wheel is conductive and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in electronic manufacturing areas. Note that plasticizer migration can cause discoloration of the floor. The hardness is approximately 85 Shore A.
