Aluminum empty reel for County S EVO
The motorized component counter County S EVO for SMD components offers an efficient solution for precise assembly control. This device allows two operating modes: the total counter, which counts from zero and automatically stops at the end of the tape, and the preset counter, where a specific number of pieces is pre-set and the device also automatically stops upon reaching this number. Control is via an interactive graphic display that simplifies operation and provides a clear visualization of the counting direction, number of holes per component, selected counting type, operator's name, as well as date and time or captured barcode.

Other features of the counter include adjustable feed speed, step-by-step feed, barcode reader input, empty-pocket check, connectivity options for printer or PC, user identification for up to 10 persons, and an internal clock with a week backup function. A data logger also stores the last 500 counting operations, allowing for comprehensive tracking.
