HIGHSHIELD air bubble bags 200 x 250 mm
The HIGHSHIELD air cushion bags measuring 200 x 250 mm provide a reliable solution for protecting sensitive products from electrostatic discharges. These bags are manufactured according to the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and consist of a three-layer structure that ensures excellent electrostatic shielding of less than 5 nJ. The outer layer is made of smooth HIGHSHIELD film with a surface resistance of 10^9 to 10^10 Ohm, while the inner layer is made of smooth PERMASTAT® film, which has the same range of resistance.The bags are not only effective in shielding but also environmentally friendly, as they are fully recyclable. They come without any print, making them ideal for a variety of applications. With an additional 50 mm flap, these air cushion bags provide extra security in sealing, although they are not sealable or resealable. The materials, Highshield and Permastat, as well as the three-layer construction, enhance the protective function by ensuring both conductivity and volume and surface resistance.
