Dissipative packaging material

This category includes dissipative packaging bags with a surface resistance of > 1 x 104 Ω and < 1 x 1011 Ω. They dissipate electrostatic charges in a controlled manner and therefore offer optimum protection for electronic components and assemblies with batteries or rechargeable batteries do not discharge. The bags are suitable for transportation within the EPA. Additional packaging with a shielding function is required for transportation outside the EPA.

The packaging bags are sealable, dissipative, amine-free, pink-transparent and recyclable. The standard print includes: Type designation, ESD warning symbol and LOT no. The bags comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.

  • They are also optionally available as a resealable version with a zip fastener.
  • DPV-3000 / DPV-3006 packaging bags can be fitted with an adhesive closure on request.
