The resealable packaging bags Type DPV-3000 Zip provide an optimal solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. These bags are available in the dimensions 200 x 250 x 0.1 mm and are characterized by their resealability using a zip closure, as well as their dissipative and antistatic properties. They comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them ideal for use in ESD protection zones.
The material of the bags is polyethylene, which is both amine-free and halogen-free, and the products are available in pink and transparent versions. The surface resistance is below 10^11 Ω and they offer a quick discharge time of maximum 2 seconds. Additionally, the bags are recyclable and can remain viable for up to three years under optimal storage conditions (humidity above 20% and ambient temperature above 23°C).
Each carton contains 1000 pieces of these bags, which also come with a standard print that includes the type designation, the ESD warning symbol, and the LOT number. These features make the DPV-3000 Zip bags a safe and environmentally friendly choice for technical needs.
