This PU foam is characterized by its soft texture and a size of 550x350x20 mm. Made from polyurethane with a material density of 40 kg/cm³, it offers high quality and durability. The black color and the 1:1 dimple profile additionally give it an appealing look.The electrostatic conductivity of this foam complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it particularly suitable for applications where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. The surface resistance is Rs 10^5 Ω.
It is available both as cushioning foam (soft version) and as plugging foam (hard version), and can be delivered in various configurations such as dimpled foam or smooth foam.
The operating temperature of this material ranges from -30 to 100 °C, allowing for versatile use in different environments.
