Vacuum packaging machines

ESD-sensitive components (ESDS) must be protected from moisture and oxidation in order to prevent malfunctions or complete failure of end products. Vacuum packaging machines package electronic components securely by reliably sealing and vacuuming them in special packaging bags. A distinction is made between vacuum packaging machines with and without a chamber:

  • There are three variants of vacuum packaging machines with a chamber: EPA®vacuboy, EPA®plusVAC20 and EPA®plus Vac24. he air is sucked out of the chamber and bag to create a uniform vacuum. The sealing inside the chamber ensures a precise and reliable seal. The advantages of these machines are that no compressed air supply is required and several bags can be sealed simultaneously.
Optionally, the machines can be upgraded with a second sealing bar, which increases productivity and is ideal for efficient packaging of large batches.

  • In vacuum packaging machines without a chamber, the air is drawn directly out of the bag via an ejector vacuum pump.
The advantages are that the machines are more compact, lighter and space-saving. In addition, the machines are easy to operate and well suited for small batches..

Our vacuum packaging machines are compatible with our EPApack film bags. All bags under this link are vacuumable and sealable.
