The ESD AB-31392 safety slippers from ABEBA combine high safety standards with comfort and functionality. These unisex slippers are equipped with a plastic toe cap and meet safety class S2 and slip resistance SRA according to EN ISO 20345:2007. The upper material is made of decontaminable Lorica, a microfiber known for its breathability and durability. The special rubber outsole offers optimal slip resistance and flexibility due to its cross and lamellar profile and an integrated torsion joint. The shoes are available in white and in sizes 36 to 47. They feature a replaceable insole of type acc Wave, which allows orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191. The lining is enriched with silver ions, which improves hygiene inside the shoe. The weight of a shoe in size 42 is 535 g, and they are washable at 30 °C. The "Static Control" series also indicates the ESD functionality, which ensures the dissipation of static electricity.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRA
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with NaLS (sodium sulfate solution).
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
HACCP-compliant
The quality feature HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) can be used to identify, evaluate and eliminate significant health hazards from food. Through this quality assurance, Abeba ensures the exclusion of materials that are susceptible to bacterial foci.
