The ESD safety shoe Padel Sport Line by FTG combines advanced protection features with high comfort for professional use. This low-cut shoe is equipped with an especially thin plastic toe cap and offers excellent safety through its metal-free penetration protection and the slip-resistant PU outsole. The surface made of STRETCH-TEX material and the padded collar ensure flexibility and comfort. The antibacterial, anatomical insole promotes a healthy foot environment. Moreover, the shoe is oil-, acid-, and gasoline-resistant as well as antistatic, making it ideal for demanding work environments. It meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345, S3S, FO, SR and is available in sizes 38-47 in the color combination black/blue. The lace-up closure allows for individual adjustment to the foot. The Sport Line series emphasizes safety as well as a sporty style, making the shoe both functional and aesthetically appealing.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3S
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure), a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
ThinCap
Developed through FTG's research, the toe cap is made of an innovative and high-quality composite material. It is anti-magnetic, metal-free, athermal, spacious and resistant to a pressure/impact effect of 200 joules. It is also much lower, narrower, aesthetically invisible, but still very comfortable, and complies with the EN ISO 20345 standard.
