ESD compatible shelf trolley for the electronics industry, ideal as a transport, material and picking trolley.


In compliance with ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1

Construction
Steel tube and profile steel welded, electrostatically dissipative powder coating, slate grey. Stable screw and plug construction. Shelves made of HPL composite plate, electrostatically dissipative, light grey. 2 ESD swivel and 2 ESD fixed castors, solid rubber tires electrostatically dissipative. Locks on the castors, load capacity per shelf approx. 80 kg.

Innovative, comfortable, ergonomic and safe: The braking system developed from fetra can be easily locked or released by a kick. Apart from the wheel rotation the swivelling motion of both castors are securely locked. Dangerous situations, caused by swivelling of the braked trolley, are avoided. Due the central location the brake pedal is always in the operator's field of vision and can be activated in all roll positions. The rubber-made wheel lock affects at all tyre material and is easily adjustable.
