The interlayer PP cut-to-size with a thickness of 3.5 mm from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is a highly functional product for technical applications, characterized by its robustness and ESD safety. This interlayer is made of extruded polypropylene (PP) in a hollow chamber construction, which gives it exceptional stability with a weight of 800g/m². The material thickness is 3.5 mm, ensuring high abrasion resistance.
The surface is black and volume conductive, with a surface resistance of 10^6 Ω, which meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The interlayer is available in three different versions with special grip cutouts: Type D with two beveled corners, Type A with semi-circular cutouts (34 x 17 mm), and Type C with round grip holes (30 mm diameter), which facilitate removal from Euro containers.
The dimensional tolerance of the cuts is +/- 1%, allowing for precise use in various applications. This product is ideal for environments where both mechanical resilience and ESD protection are required.
