The ESD-EC electric screwdriver CG30 from Kilews sets the standard for precise and secure screw connections in modern manufacturing. Developed in Germany and produced in Taiwan, this device was honored with the Taiwan Excellence Award 2020 for its quality. It features direct measurement capture through highly precise torque and angle sensors, enabling exact control of the screwing process and eliminating error sources caused by fluctuations in motor current.The flexibility of the system allows adaptation to various screw cases and strategies, including multi-stage procedures and torque and angle screwing methods. The integrated ESD design with a grounded bit and built-in white LED lighting at the screw point enhances process reliability and work quality. Additional features such as screw counting, process monitoring, and a direction switch support efficient and accurate operation.
Technical specifications include a torque range of 0.6 to 3.0 Nm, a maximum no-load speed of 1600 rpm, a length of 297 mm, and a weight of 830 g. The device operates with a power of 90 W and an output voltage of 40 V/DC, with the appropriate bit type being Type B and the chuck size being 1/4" 6.35 mm. The accuracy of the screwdriver is 7.5%.
