ESD EC Electric screwdriver CGS30

The ESD-EC electric screwdriver CGS30 from Kilews is a high-precision tool specifically developed for demanding screwing applications in modern manufacturing. This model is characterized by its versatility and the ability to adapt to various screw cases and strategies, supported by direct measurement data capture through high-precision torque and angle sensors.
The integrated features such as ESD execution, torque and angle evaluation, screw counting, process monitoring, direction switching, and built-in LED lighting enhance process safety and efficiency. The screwdriver is configured for both lever start and push start, offering a no-load speed of 100 to 980 RPM with a torque range of 0.5 to 3.0 Nm.
The device, developed in Germany and produced in Taiwan, was awarded the Taiwan Excellence Award 2020 and guarantees an accuracy of 7.5%. Weighing 680 g and with a length of 280 mm, the screwdriver is handy and robust. Please note that the appropriate control unit must be ordered separately.
