The ESD-EC electric screwdriver CS505 from Kilews, part number SGT-CS505-ESD, is a highly advanced EC screw system designed specifically for precise and secure screwing operations. This model enables direct measurement of torque and rotation angle through integrated sensors and supports various screwing strategies and procedures, including multi-stage screw processes and torque compensation.
The ESD version includes a grounded bit, providing additional safety for sensitive electronic components. Other features include torque and angle evaluation, screw counting, process monitoring, direction switching, and built-in LED illumination at the screwing point.
The screwdriver achieves a torque range from 0.4 to 3.0 Nm and offers two speed levels with an idle speed of 60 to 1600 rpm. The power supply is provided by an output voltage of 40 V/DC at a power of 90 W. Weighing 900 g and measuring 307 mm in length, the device is both robust and handy. It features a 1/4" / 6.35 mm interface, and the bit type B allows for flexible and continuous torque adjustment. The start can be activated either by lever or push start.
