The side cutter 3880DF from CK is a high-performance flush cutting tool specifically designed for precision and durability. Made from special alloy steel that is drop forged, hardened, and tempered, this tool offers exceptional strength and durability.The precise through-bolt joint construction ensures permanent, adjustment-free jaw alignment and consistent cutting performance. The induction-hardened jaws guarantee excellent long-term performance and exceptional cutting power, even with the hardest materials. The high-gloss polished surface prevents damage from flaking chrome and ensures easy maintenance.
The ergonomically shaped two-component handles provide high comfort and optimal control. The fully ESD-compliant design according to IEC 61340-5.1 and 5.2 ensures that the side cutter can be safely used on sensitive electronic components. The tapered head shape facilitates precise cuts in tight areas.
Technical specifications include a head length of 9 mm, head width of 9 mm, and head thickness of 6 mm. The side cutter is designed for wires up to 1.45 mm (soft), 1.02 mm (hard), and 0.4 mm (piano) and has a total length of 120 mm.
