The ESD diagonal cutter 5541 from ideal-tek is a high-precision tool from the series of small, beveled, and relieved cutting tools, specifically designed for use in tight and electrostatically sensitive areas. With a flush cutting edge, this diagonal cutter enables clean cuts with minimal tolerances, ideal for fine materials. The ergonomic ESD Ergo-Tek Slim handle ensures a secure grip and protects against electrostatic discharges, making it particularly suitable for precise work in hazardous environments.
The cutting edges are hardened to a hardness of 67 HRC, which ensures lasting sharpness and robustness. The extra small head shape of the 5541 is conical with a head width of 10 mm and a jaw length of 9 mm, enabling precise work even in hard-to-reach areas. The total length is 125 mm, with a weight of 81 g. The diagonal cutter can cut soft materials up to a diameter of 1.15 mm and medium-hard materials up to 0.4 mm. The handle material is made from a combination of PP and TPE, while the surface is sandblasted to offer higher resistance to abrasion.
This tool represents an ideal solution for professionals working in electronics manufacturing or other areas where precise and clean cuts are essential.
