WTSF 80 Feed Unit
The WTSF 80 feed unit combines a powerful 80W soldering iron with an integrated automatic solder wire feed for precise and efficient manual soldering processes. This unit is ideal for working on circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, and switches, and supports solder wire diameters from 0.5 to 1.0 mm. The LT-B 2.4mm soldering tip ensures the highest soldering quality.
The feed unit allows for a presettable amount of solder and precise solder supply through various modes such as pulse or timer mode. The adhesive-coated inner sides of the feed tube prevent the flux from sticking and reduce maintenance costs. With a fast heating time of only 10 seconds and a temperature range from 90 to 450°C, the WTSF 80 is suitable for various soldering stations such as WD 1, WD 1M, WR 2, WR 3M, WS 81, WSD 81i, and WSD 121. The total weight is 1.0 kg, and the feed rate is adjustable from 1mm/s to 27.5 mm/s.
