GET racing: Together for innovation in racing

DPV Elektronik-Service GmbH is proud to support innovative projects and committed young talent. A perfect example of this is our sponsorship of the Formula Student Team GET racing. This team, consisting of around 60 creative minds from a wide range of disciplines, is dedicated to the development of sustainable racing cars - and we are supporting them with an ESD-compliant complete cabinet with several hundred SMD folding boxes for safe component storage.

GET racing: One team, one mission

GET racing is more than just a university project: it is a platform where students from disciplines such as electronics, automotive engineering and industrial engineering and management live out their passion for technology and innovation. Every year, the members design, build and optimize a completely new racing car. For the past three years, the focus has been on the development of electrically powered racing cars. However, the journey there began with combustion vehicles, which underlines the team's impressive development and adaptability.
By participating in the international Formula Student racing series, the students can test their vehicles in a global competition and demonstrate their expertise. The series offers a unique blend of technical competition and business simulation - as teams must not only design a high-performance race car, but also present a viable business model.

High-tech meets team spirit

The success of GET racing is based on interdisciplinary
cooperation, where every idea counts. This is exactly where our support comes in: With our ESD-compliant complete cabinet with SMD folding boxes, we ensure that the racing car's sensitive electronic components and spare parts are stored in the best possible way.

“The collaboration with DPV Elektronik enables us to make our development process even more professional. The ESD-compliant complete cabinet is a valuable contribution to the safe storage of our sensitive components”

A look into the future

With each new race car, the team sets technological milestones, from improved battery systems to optimized aerodynamics. As a sponsor, we are proud to be part of this journey and to work together towards a more sustainable and innovative future in motorsport.
We are keeping our fingers crossed for GET racing for the coming season and look forward to further exciting developments!
