The dissipative metallized shielding bags DPV-1000 protect electronic parts and components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and prevent a static charge on the bag, which could damage ESD-sensitive parts and assemblies..

The dissipative metallized shielding bags differ in size within this product family. They have the following common properties:

  • Heat-sealable
  • Exterior - dissipative polyester
    Surface resistance RS = 1010 - 1011 ohm
  • Metallization - aluminized
  • Interior - amine-free polyethylene
    Surface resistance RS = 1010 - 1011 ohm
  • Electrostatic shielding <15nJ (Energy Test) 
  • Multilayer structure, transparent
  • High shielding against field induction, lowest triboelectrical charge
  • Controlled dissipation of existing charges without spontaneous discharge
  • Suitable for devices with disposable and rechargeable batteries
