PC-120 ESD Polycarbonate plates

PC120 ESD polycarbonate plates have a surface coating on both sides providing a permanent electrostatic dissipation. The surface resistance RS =105 - 108  ohm fulfills the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1 for surfaces in ESD protected of EPAs (Electrostatic discharge Protected Area). Charges can be reliably dissipated. The existing surface resistance does not lead to a sudden discharge and sparking. The dissipative surface causes less dirt and dust.

This makes the PC120 ESD polycarbonate plates suitable for all applications in the electronics manufacturing as well as for covers of displays. The PC120 ESD polycarbonate plates are particularly suited for low-dust rooms or cleanrooms.

The PC120 ESD polycarbonate plates are heat moldable and mechanically workable. They are suitable especially for transparent protective devices due to their high impact resistance.
