DC3000 Digital dispenser

With the newly developed DC 3000 dosing device, almost all settings can be made on the touch display. Only the rotary controls for dosing pressure and vacuum retention are located on the housing. Icons, similar to those found on smartphones, ensure that this dosing device can be operated intuitively - even when wearing standard chemical protection gloves.

Upper and lower limits can be defined for the pressures shown on the color display (inlet and dosing pressure as well as vacuum retention) to increase the reproducibility of the dosing results. Deviations from these values are clearly indicated in red.

The large memory of the DC 3000 allows up to 64 programs to be saved. In addition to setting a cycle mode in which dosing and waiting times alternate, it is now also possible to combine up to five previously stored dosing programs into sequences and run them one after the other.

If required, the device can be secured against unintentional adjustment by means of a PIN to be assigned by the user.
