ESD Magazine trolleys

The ESD magazine trolley impresses with its electrically conductive design, robust construction and excellent handling characteristics. It is specially designed for use in ESD-protected areas.

Features:

  • Electrically conductive for safe use in ESD areas
  • Robust construction: Welded tubular steel and sectional steel
  • Surface: Electrically conductive powder-coated in slate grey RAL 7015
  • Base: Electrically conductive wood-based panel in accordance with DIN 68765
  • Assembly: Screw and plug-in construction


Chassis:

  • Castors: 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed castors
  • Tyres: TPE-ESD tyres (thermoplastic elastomer)
  • Bearings: Hubs with precision deep-groove ball bearings
  • Locks on the swivel castors


Handling characteristics:

  • Very low starting, rolling and swivel resistance
  • Quiet running on level floors
  • Traceless: non-marking tires
