ESD Light duty fixed castor with top plate 650, load capacity 125 kg
The ESD device caster wheel with mounting plate 650, manufactured by Blickle, is characterized by a robust construction and high functionality. The housing of the BRA series is made of galvanically zinc-plated steel sheet, which is blue passivated and Cr6-free, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a Shore hardness of 85 A and is oil-containing and non-marking. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene ensures additional stability.
The caster offers a static load capacity of 125 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 50 kg when moving, with an overall height of 100 mm and a wheel diameter of 75 mm. The temperature resistance ranges from -20 °C to +60 °C, with reduced load capacity above +30 °C. The caster is ESD compliant according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying it for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
Further technical details include mounting via a 60 x 60 mm mounting plate, a wheel width of 25 mm, a plain bearing, and screw holes of 6.2 mm diameter with a hole spacing of 48 x 48 mm.
