The ESD wheel from Blickle features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A, which provides low rolling and swiveling resistance. The gray, non-marking tread is firmly bonded to the wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene, which is black. This wheel has a load capacity of 165 kg under static load and 65 kg under dynamic load.
The dimensions include a diameter of 80 mm with a wheel width of 32 mm, a hub length of 35 mm, and an axle hole of 12 mm. The weight is 100 g. The chemical resistance is high against many aggressive media and the temperature resistance ranges from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
The wheel meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and is conductive, equipped with a plain bearing, making it ideal for applications where electrostatic discharge poses a risk.
