The Electrolube ER2074RP250G epoxy resin encapsulant is a high-quality, flame-retardant casting resin solution, specifically developed for encapsulating and sealing electronic components. This 250 g package consists of a two-component system that provides a durable, white surface after curing and is distinguished by its excellent chemical and water resistance.The product features a high thermal conductivity of 1.26 W/m*K, making it ideal for heat dissipation in critical applications such as LED lighting. The encapsulant meets the stringent requirements of the UL94-V0 specification and is RoHS compliant, ensuring the absence of halogenated substances and minimal smoke emission in case of fire.
The included fillers are non-abrasive, which minimizes wear on mixing and dispensing equipment. The resin is packaged in a practical pouch, which facilitates storage and handling. The product has a shelf life of 18 months and is available in packaging units of 10 pieces.
