Epoxy potting compound ER2183K5K, 5kg container
The Electrolube ER2183K5K epoxy encapsulation compound is a high-quality solution for encapsulating and sealing electronic assemblies. This product is ideal for applications with small gap sizes due to its low viscosity and offers efficient heat dissipation. The encapsulation compound is characterized by its thermal conductivity and a specific thermal conductivity of 1.25 W/m*K, making it particularly suitable for heat-sensitive components.
The two-component system, consisting of resin and hardener, cures into a solid mass that is mechanically robust and chemically resistant. The good adhesion to various substrates and the insulating properties are maintained even at temperatures from -40°C to +130°C. Additionally, the ER2183K5K meets the UL94-V0 flame retardancy standard, which means it releases only a low level of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire.
The product is delivered in a 5kg container and has a shelf life of 2 years. It is RoHS compliant and thus free from hazardous substances, allowing its use in a wide variety of industrial applications.
