The UR5041RP250G polyurethane resin encapsulant from Electrolube is a high-quality, two-component casting resin, specifically developed for demanding applications. Containing 250 g per package, which is conveniently packed in a sachet, this black resin provides exceptional toughness and tear resistance. It adheres excellently to most substrates, thereby ensuring excellent physical protection for encapsulated electronic assemblies.
The encapsulant is characterized by its resistance to seawater and is ideal for maritime applications, such as encapsulating sensors used at sea. It can withstand extreme temperatures from -60°C to +125°C, making it reliably usable in a variety of environments. The UR5041RP250G is RoHS compliant and offers a shelf life of 12 months. With a packaging unit (PU) of 10 pieces, it is ideally suited for technical purchases in larger quantities.
