The Electrolube polyurethane resin encapsulant UR5048RP250GE is a high-quality choice for engineering applications requiring flexibility and repairability. With a content of 250 g per package, packed in a convenient pouch, this product offers a clear, amber appearance and low viscosity, which facilitates application. The low Shore hardness allows for easy mechanical removal without damaging surrounding components.
The encapsulant is characterized by its very low water absorption and is therefore ideally suited for use under humid conditions. It remains flexible even at temperatures down to -60°C, making it particularly useful for assemblies exposed to thermal and mechanical shocks. The translucent color of the resin facilitates inspection and error detection without the need for complete removal. This product is RoHS compliant and has a shelf life of 12 months. It offers excellent performance and is optimal for encapsulating small, sensitive components.
