DCA protective lacquer SCC3 transparent, 200 ml aerosol can
The DCA conformal coating SCC3 from Electrolube is a transparent alkyd conformal coating in a 200 ml spray can, specifically developed for the high defense standards in Europe and the USA. This high-performance conformal coating is characterized by its flexibility, making it ideal for use on small or sensitive components.
The conformal coating offers excellent chemical resistance against a variety of chemicals and solvents typically used in the automotive and aerospace industries. A unique feature of the DCA conformal coating is the integrated UV trace, which allows the coating to be inspected under UV light (375 nm) to ensure complete and even coverage.
The coating can be cured at room temperature or accelerated by heat, and offers excellent resistance after curing. It is also suitable for post-processing by soldering and withstands extreme operating temperatures. The DCA conformal coating meets the standards UL746C-QMJU2, DEF-STAN 59/47 (Issue 4), and IPC-CC-830, and is RoHS compliant.
The shelf life is 3 years when stored properly.
