DCA transparent protective lacquer SCC3, 5 liter container
Electrolube's transparent protective lacquer SCC3, presented in a 5-liter canister, has been specifically developed to meet the demanding defense standards in Europe and the USA. This lacquer, based on modified alkyd, is characterized by its high flexibility, making it ideal for use on small or sensitive components.
The chemical resistance of the lacquer is particularly noteworthy, as it is resistant to a variety of chemicals and solvents commonly used in the automotive and aerospace industries. A special feature is the integrated UV trace, which allows for the inspection of the circuit board after coating to ensure complete and uniform coverage. UV light in the range of 375 nm should be used for inspection.
Additionally, the lacquer can be cured at room temperature or accelerated with heat, and offers excellent resistance after heat curing. It is solderable for rework and exhibits an extremely wide operating temperature range. The lacquer meets several industry standards, including UL746C-QMJU2, DEF-STAN 59/47 (Issue 4), and IPC-CC-830, and is RoHS compliant. The shelf life is 4 years with proper storage.
