PLASTIC 70 Circuit Board Protective Coating, 400 ml
PLASTIC 70 is a universal protective and insulating lacquer based on acrylic resin, specifically developed to protect circuit boards and associated equipment from harmful environmental influences such as chemicals, moisture, wetness, and extreme temperatures. This colorless-transparent lacquer forms an insulating protective layer that not only improves the safety and reliability of the circuit boards but also extends their lifespan by preventing corrosion, mold formation, and creeping currents.
The application of the lacquer should be done after thoroughly cleaning the circuit boards, ideally at a minimum of 16°C and a relative humidity of less than 75%, to ensure optimal adhesive properties. PLASTIC 70 dries quickly and can be used between -40°C and +60°C, and even up to 100°C for short periods.
