Silicone-based thermally conductive compound HTSP50T 50 ml

The silicone-based thermal paste HTSP50T from Electrolube is specifically designed for high thermal demands and offers an excellent thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m.K. This paste is characterized by its use of silicone-based oils and various non-electrically conductive metal oxide powders, making it ideal for applications where avoiding fault currents is critical.
The HTSP50T guarantees outstanding heat transfer and is particularly resistant to creep, making it suitable for a wide temperature range from -50 °C to +200 °C. Additionally, the product is RoHS 2 compliant and exhibits low weight loss due to evaporation, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.
The paste is economical and easy to apply, and is supplied in 50 ml tubes. Proper storage ensures a shelf life of up to 3 years. Please note that the product is only available in complete packaging units (VPE) of 1 piece.
