Thermal Conductive Rubber TCOR75S 75 ml Cartridge
TCOR75S by Electrolube is a high-performance thermal conductive rubber delivered in a 75 ml cartridge and specifically developed for technical applications in the automotive industry. This product combines the properties of a silicone rubber pad with those of a conventional thermal paste to effectively minimize thermal resistance. It is excellent for filling gaps between the device and heat sink, dissipates excess heat, and prevents potential overheating and resulting failures. Additionally, it can be used as an adhesive, sealant, or caulking with low adhesive strength.
Technical Specifications: - Low odor single-component RTV - Thermal conductivity: 1.80 W/mK - Operating temperature range: -50 °C to +230 °C - Moisture curing, oxime release upon curing - Easy application with the TCR cartridge gun - Good adhesive strength, remains flexible and elastic at high temperatures
Recommended for use with the Electrolube TCRGUN cartridge gun. Shelf life is 12 months.
