The TCOR75S from Electrolube is a high-performance thermal conductive rubber, packaged in a 75 ml cartridge, specifically designed for demanding industrial applications. The thermal conductive rubber is characterized by its high thermal conductivity of 1.8 W/mK and a wide operating temperature range from -50°C to +230°C. It cures within 24 hours at room temperature by moisture exposure, releasing oxime.
TCOR75S can be used as an adhesive, sealant, or caulking material and offers good adhesion, while remaining flexible and elastic at high temperatures. The application is simplified by the TCR cartridge gun, enabling precise and efficient processing.
