The TCOR75S from Electrolube is a high-performance thermal conductive rubber, packaged in a 75 ml cartridge, specifically designed for demanding industrial applications. This product combines the properties of a silicone rubber pad with those of a thermal conductive paste, ideal for the automotive industry and other high-temperature applications.
The thermal conductive rubber is characterized by its high thermal conductivity of 1.8 W/mK and a wide operating temperature range from -50°C to +230°C. It cures within 24 hours at room temperature by moisture exposure, releasing oxime.
TCOR75S can be used as an adhesive, sealant, or caulking material and offers good adhesion, while remaining flexible and elastic at high temperatures. The application is simplified by the TCR cartridge gun, enabling precise and efficient processing.
The durability of the product is 12 months, allowing for long-term storage and use. Ideal for reducing thermal resistance between devices and heat sinks, TCOR75S helps to prevent overheating and potential failures.
