Cleaning stick PU, head 4.8 x 15 mm
The cleaning sticks PU with a head of 4.8 x 15 mm and a handle of 3 x 137.3 mm are specifically designed for use in class 100 / ISO 5 cleanrooms. These sticks are made from polyurethane foam, which effectively captures particles without contaminating the environment. The handle is made of polypropylene, a low-abrasion plastic that provides a fully enclosed surface, thus allowing for easy and cleanroom-appropriate cleaning.
The packaging unit (VPE) includes 100 pieces, with each stick individually packaged to prevent cross-contamination. The handle width is 3.0 mm and the total length of the stick is 135 mm. These product features ensure high functionality and safety in sensitive production environments, such as semiconductor manufacturing, where strict particle control is essential.

Cleanrooms are designed for special manufacturing procedures. Especially in the semiconductor manufacture particles in the surrounding air may cause lasting damage on circuits. In order to prevent such damage, the air has to be filtered constantly. In addition to the air purification, precautions should be taken to prevent that as few particles as possible get into the cleanroom. This is achieved by tools, cleaning sticks and also office supplies that are suitable for the use in cleanrooms. Of course, also surfaces such as working places, chairs and cleanroom clothes have to be abrasion-resistant.

- be antistatic or dissipative
- be considered as comfortable to wear
- consist of narrow-pore synthetic textiles

- possess a fully closed surface to be cleaned easily and
according to cleanroom standards - individually packaged (consumables such as disposable gloves
cleaning wipes)
