Cleaning sticks Foamtip 130

The Foamtip 130 cleaning swabs from Chemtronics are equipped with a polyurethane foam head that, due to its open cell structure, excellently traps particles and retains them on surfaces during cleaning. These high-quality swabs are made from medical-grade foam, which is thermally bonded to the handle without the use of adhesives or binders. This ensures a fiber-free construction that does not release any loose fibers or particles.
The length of the swabs is 152 mm with a diameter of 6.4 mm, and the handle material is polypropylene. The high solvent capacity of the foam head makes the swabs especially effective for applying adhesives or lubricants, as well as for cleaning micromechanical components or removing flux residues on circuit boards.
With a packaging unit of 1200 pieces per box, divided into 24 bags of 50 pieces each, these swabs offer a cost-effective solution for applications requiring high volumes. Ideal for general cleaning applications in technical and medical areas.
