Cleaning sticks Foamtip 140

The Foamtip 140 swab, manufactured by Chemtronics, is a high-quality cleaning tool for technical applications. It features a polyurethane foam head, which due to its open-cell structure excellently retains surface particles during cleaning. The foam, which is of medical grade quality, is thermally bonded to the 73 mm long and 4.8 mm thick polypropylene handle without the use of adhesives or binders. This fiber-free construction prevents the release of loose fibers or particles, making the swab ideal for precise cleaning tasks. The Foamtip 140 swabs are particularly suitable for removing excess adhesive, cleaning micromechanical components, removing flux residues on circuit boards, and applying small amounts of adhesives or lubricants. With a high solvent capacity and cost-effective use in large quantities, these cleaning swabs provide a reliable solution for various industrial cleaning processes. Each packaging unit contains 2400 pieces, divided into 48 bags with 50 swabs each, allowing for easy handling and storage.

Foamtips™ swabs are made of medical grade foam with the best open cell structure that provides excellent particle entrapment properties. The foam is thermally bonded to the swab handle without the use of adhesives. These foam swabs are ideal for general cleaning applications.
