Cleaning sticks Foamtip Pro

The Foamtipo Pro cleaning sticks from Chemtronics are specifically designed for precise cleaning applications. These high-quality swabs consist of a polyurethane foam head made from medical-grade open-cell foam. This construction allows for efficient particle entrapment while offering high solvent capacity. The sticks are fiber-free and do not produce any loose fibers or particles during cleaning, making them ideal for cleaning micromechanical components, removing flux residues on circuit boards, or applying adhesives and lubricants.
The Foamtipo Pro sticks are 171 mm long and have a diameter of 0.25 mm at the large scrubbing head and 0.4 mm at the smaller suction head. They are made of polypropylene and feature a foam tip that is thermally bonded to the handle without the use of adhesives or binders. Each packaging unit contains 1200 pieces, divided into 24 bags with 50 sticks each. These features make the Foamtipo Pro cleaning sticks a cost-effective solution for high-volume applications.
