The ESD cleaning sticks Sticky Swabs from ideal-tek are specifically designed for use in cleanroom environments to effectively remove particles from tight and hard-to-reach areas. These sticks are ESD-safe and comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them ideal for use in sensitive manufacturing processes such as semiconductor manufacturing. The sticks are lint-free, leave no adhesive residues, and feature a soft, absorbent, and non-scratching tip. They are suitable for use in Class 100 / ISO 5 cleanrooms.
The sticks have a head width and head thickness of 3.0 mm each, with a stick length of 70 mm. The handle is made of PVC and measures 2.0 mm in width. Each box contains 25 pieces of the ESD cleaning sticks Sticky Swabs. These products are individually packaged to ensure cleanroom compliance and prevent cross-contamination. Ideal for applications where purity and ESD safety are top priorities.
