The Sticky Swabs Set from ideal-tek is specifically designed for use in cleanroom environments to effectively remove particles from tight and hard-to-reach areas. These ESD cleaning swabs are lint-free and leave no adhesive residues, making them ideal for sensitive work environments such as semiconductor manufacturing. The soft, absorbent, and non-scratching tip ensures gentle cleaning without surface damage.
The set includes a mixed box of 75 swabs in three different head sizes: 25 pieces with a head diameter of 1 mm, 25 pieces with 2 mm, and 25 pieces with 3 mm. The swabs are certified to ISO Class 5 (14644-1) and are made of PVAC material that meets the requirements of the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. These features make the Sticky Swabs Set an indispensable tool for all cleanroom applications where the highest cleanliness is required.
