The nitrile cleanroom gloves are specifically designed for use in cleanrooms up to class ISO 4 and meet the strict requirements for particle control in sensitive manufacturing processes, such as semiconductor manufacturing. These gloves are made from a high-quality, antistatic nitrile material that not only offers very good skin compatibility, but is also extremely stretchable and has good chemical resistance. The fingertips are textured to ensure optimal gripping ability, while the powder-free nature minimizes the risk of contamination. With a thickness of 0.08 to 0.14 mm and a length of 300 mm, these gloves provide comprehensive protection and comfort. They are available in sizes S to XL, and each packaging unit contains 100 pieces. These gloves are ambidextrous and effectively support the cleanliness requirements in cleanrooms by effectively preventing particle emission and simultaneously increasing wearing comfort. They are ideal for areas where high air velocities and continuous particle control are required.

Cleanrooms are designed for special manufacturing procedures. Especially in the semiconductor manufacture particles in the surrounding air may cause lasting damage on circuits. In order to prevent such damage, the air has to be filtered constantly. In addition to the air purification, precautions should be taken to prevent that as few particles as possible get into the cleanroom. This is achieved by tools, cleaning sticks and also office supplies that are suitable for the use in cleanrooms. Of course, also surfaces such as working places, chairs and cleanroom clothes have to be abrasion-resistant.
