Cleanroom microfiber wipe 23 x 23 cm

The cleanroom microfiber cloth, measuring 23 x 23 cm, is specifically designed for use in Class 10 / ISO 4 cleanrooms. It is made of 100% microfiber with a fabric weight of 180 g/m² and features laser-cut edges that ensure minimal particle release. The cloths are particularly suitable for the optical and glass industry, where the highest cleanliness requirements prevail.
The packaging unit (VPE) includes 100 pieces, each individually packaged to prevent contamination and ensure cleanroom compatibility. These cloths are low-lint and effectively support cleaning processes in environments where air purity and particle control are critical. The product features, including the dimensions and material, make them an essential component in cleanroom technology and contribute to meeting strict contamination standards.

Common

Cleanrooms are designed for special manufacturing procedures. Especially in the semiconductor manufacture particles in the surrounding air may cause lasting damage on circuits. In order to prevent such damage, the air has to be filtered constantly.
