Cleanroom polyester / cellulose cloth Coventry™ 23 x 23 cm

The Coventry™ Cleanroom Polyester / Cellulose Wipe measuring 23 x 23 cm is specifically designed for use in cleanrooms. These wipes are made from a hydroentangled blend of 45% cellulose and 55% polyester, making them particularly resistant to solvents and diluted acids. Their excellent wet strength and abrasion resistance make them ideal for environments that require high purity.

The wipes are characterized by high absorbency and absorption rate and are optimal for minimizing particle contamination due to their low linting and low ionic contamination. They are individually packaged in a Class 100 / ISO 5 environment to meet cleanroom standards and avoid any contamination. With a packaging unit of 300 pieces, they offer an efficient solution for technical use. The white color of the wipes serves for better visual control of cleanliness.

The ISO class according to 14644-1 of the wipes is 5, highlighting their suitability for critical environments. Their antistatic properties and excellent durability complete the profile, making them a reliable choice for demanding cleanroom applications.

Cleanrooms are designed for special manufacturing procedures. Especially in the semiconductor manufacture particles in the surrounding air may cause lasting damage on circuits.
