County-S EVO counting device 220 / 240 V, 50-60 Hz

The County S EVO is a motorized counting device for SMD components, designed specifically for technical use. It offers an adjustable feed rate and the ability to control the feed by component. The integration of a barcode reader enables efficient data collection, while the Empty-Pocket Check ensures accurate verification of reel empty spaces.
The device supports connection to printers or PCs and allows user identification for up to 10 people. An internal clock with a week-backup feature and a datalogger that stores up to 500 counts enhance user-friendliness and data security.
The operation of the County S EVO is managed through an interactive graphic display that shows the counting direction, number of holes per component, type of count, as well as the date and time of the count. The counter offers two operating modes: a totalizer for continuous counts and a preset counter that automatically stops upon reaching a preset number of pieces.
In addition, the device features two side handles for easy transportation and can process reels up to 400 mm in diameter. This makes the County S EVO an extremely versatile and efficient tool for inventory management and quality control in technical environments.
