DC1140 Digital dispenser - max. 4 bar
The DC1140 digital dosing device from Vieweg, designed for a maximum pressure of 4 bar, is specifically designed for precise pneumatic dosing. This system is ideal for handling 3 to 55cc microcartridges. It allows for precise pressure adjustment via a precision air pressure regulator and features a digital display of vacuum retention on a backlit display.
The safety of the process is ensured by digital monitoring of the input pressure, EMC safety, and comprehensive testing. Additionally, the device includes a timer, an I/O port, a pressure gauge for the air output, status LEDs, and control buttons.
Technical specifications include a size of 260 x 75 x 220 mm and a weight of 1.5 kg. The dosing duration can be adjusted from 0.01 to 999 seconds, and the device operates with an input voltage of 85-264 V AC and a working voltage of 24 V DC.
