DC1160 Digital dispenser - max. 6 bar
The DC1160 digital dosing device from Vieweg enables precise control of pneumatically controlled dosages and is ideal for applications with 3 – 55cc micro cartridges. With a maximum pressure of 6 bar and a dosing duration from 0.01 to 999 seconds, the device combines flexibility with efficiency in material processing.
The unit is equipped with a precision pressure regulator and digital pressure monitoring, which allows precise control of the pressure on the material and displays it on the backlit screen. Additional operational safety is ensured by EMC safety and the digital display of vacuum retention.
The compact design with dimensions of 260 x 75 x 220 mm and a weight of 1.5 kg makes the device particularly handy. It comes with an extensive accessory kit that includes a foot switch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the compressed air input, and various cartridges and dispensing needles.
Technically, the device supports an input voltage of 85-264 V AC and operates with a working voltage of 24 V DC. With a total of 8 programmable slots, the DC1160 dosing device offers high adaptability for various applications.
