DC1240 Digital dispenser - max. 4 bar
The DC1240 dosing device from Vieweg is distinguished by its digital functionality and precise control options. With a maximum pressure capacity of 4 bar and dimensions of 235 mm x 75 mm x 220 mm (width x height x length), this device is ideal for technically demanding applications. It weighs 1.5 kg and offers a dosing duration of 0.01 to 999 seconds.
Operation is manual or timer-controlled, supported by a display with backlighting that shows pressures both numerically and via a level indicator. The input voltage ranges from 85 to 264 V AC, while the working voltage is 24 V DC. The device takes compressed air from 5 to 7 bar and regulates the output pressure between 0.08 and 4 bar.
Included in the delivery are a cold device cable, a foot switch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the compressed air input, a cartridge adapter, three 30cc cartridges, three stoppers, and an extensive assortment of dosing needles. Additional features like EMC safety, timer, I/O port, and a precision pressure regulator enhance the functionality and safety of the device. The simple menu navigation and the ability to integrate into existing systems via the standard I/O interface provide additional ease of use and flexibility.
