DC150 Dispenser

The DC150 dosing device from Vieweg is an analog, manually operated device specifically designed for precise and continuous dosing applications. It is characterized by its high reliability and cost efficiency, and is suitable for various media. The activation of the dosing process is done via a foot switch, while the integrated vacuum retention system prevents dripping of low-viscosity media.
The device has a width of 225 mm, a height of 75 mm, and a length of 135 mm. It operates with a compressed air supply between 5 and 7 bar and allows dosing times from 0.01 to 31 seconds. The working and input voltage is 24 V/DC and 100 - 240 V/AC, respectively. With a weight of only 1.3 kg, the DC150 is lightweight and versatile.
Included in the delivery are the dosing device itself, a cold device cable, a foot switch, a cartridge holder, a connection hose for the air inlet, a 30cc cartridge adapter, three 30cc cartridges, three 30cc plugs, and a 17-piece dosing needle assortment. DC150 Dispenser

The dispenser DC 150 is used to control pneumatic dosing processes, for example from small cartridges containing 3 to 80 ml.

It is recommended for dosing applications that are exclusively controlled manually and do not require time control.

The dosing pressure acting on the dosing material in the cartridge can be precisely preselected via the compressed air regulator and is typically activated via optional finger or foot switches.

The DC150 is suitable for all types of media and offers a vacuum retention system to prevent low viscosity media from dripping.
