The PP honeycomb panel from EPAstore, manufactured by DPV, is distinguished by its precise dimensions of 553 mm in length and 120 mm in height, and is specifically designed for Euro containers measuring 600 x 400 mm. This product features a grid of 14 mm with a total of 31 slots and an external web of approximately 10 mm, allowing for flexible compartmentalization.
Made from black polypropylene, a sturdy hollow chamber material, the honeycomb panel offers a thickness of 3 mm and a weight of 600 g/m². Its volume conductivity complies with the standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, with a surface resistance Rs at 10^6 Ω, making it ideal for applications in ESD-sensitive environments.

Parting inserts facilitate the removal of components to be processed from containers. Cut-outs can be adapted to your requirements. You will find hereinafter our standard parting inserts for the most common applications.

In case of high Euro containers we recommend parting inserts and additionally interlayers that can be manufactured with cut-outs allowing a quick and easy removal of the components.

  • Standard: 2 corners sloped
  • Type A: 2 handhold cut-outs semicular 34 X 17 mm
