Part bins ESD

The ESD grab trays from Treston are specifically designed for repeated retrieval processes and facilitate grabbing through their semi-open front side and rounded inner edges. These trays are made of conductive polystyrene and meet the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, qualifying them for use in ESD-sensitive environments.
With external dimensions of 160 x 198 x 70 mm and an interior space of 62 x 175 x 100 mm, they offer a volume of 2.2 liters. The load capacity is 5 kg, and the weight of the tray itself is only 0.17 kg.
The trays are stackable and have a temperature resistance from -40 to 55 °C, making them particularly versatile. They are suitable for use on wall rails and in cleanrooms, which expands their areas of application.
The black grab trays can be easily mounted on the wall, on wall rails, or on table turnstands, making them a flexible solution for different work environments.

Part bins

Part bins can be mounted on the wall using wall rails, hung on suspension rails or placed on the worktable in a part bin rack. They also stand securely on their own on a worktable without tipping over when components are removed.

Ideally suited for frequently repeated removal processes. All inner edges are rounded and the front is half-open to facilitate gripping.
