Part bins ESD

The ESD trays from Treston are specifically designed for use in environments where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. These trays are manufactured according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 and offer excellent electrical conductivity. With external dimensions of 160 x 99 x 70 mm and a volume of 1.1 liters, the trays are ideal for frequently repeated retrieval processes. The internal dimensions are 85 x 100 x 62 mm, which, along with the semi-open front and rounded inner edges, facilitates gripping.
The trays can be hung on wall rails or mounted on table turnstiles and are also stackable. They are made of black polystyrene, weigh 0.088 kg, and can carry loads up to 5 kg. Their temperature resistance ranges from -40 to 55 °C, which also qualifies them for use in cleanrooms. This makes the trays a versatile solution for technical work environments that have high demands on material handling and ESD protection.

Part bins

Part bins can be mounted on the wall using wall rails, hung on suspension rails or placed on the worktable in a part bin rack. They also stand securely on their own on a worktable without tipping over when components are removed.

Ideally suited for frequently repeated removal processes. All inner edges are rounded and the front is half-open to facilitate gripping.
